Leading with clarity in the age of AI
AI is changing how we work and lead. We help organisations set clear guardrails for AI, navigate regulatory requirements with confidence and turn AI into a lasting driver of productivity.

Without clear leadership, AI remains just another tool. With clear direction, it becomes a strategic lever.
Why this matters now

- How do we lead an AI transformation in a consistent and structured way?
- How do we ensure sound governance, data protection and compliance?
- What organisational risks and ethical responsibilities come with the use of AI?
- How do we identify AI use cases that create real business value?
- How do we make sure AI becomes part of how we work rather than remaining a one-off initiative or experiment?
- And many more!

- The trilemma: performance, availability and compliance, and why it’s so difficult to get all three at once

Our ready-to-go AI Leadership Circle uses remote training to help leaders clarify their own stance on AI, set clear guardrails for their teams and identify use cases that genuinely improve the way people work.
Over two intensive in-person days, leaders explore mindset, governance and team leadership while applying what they learn to real use cases. A focused format that helps leaders build confidence and take action quickly.
Across six in-person modules, leaders learn how to navigate AI-driven change, connect governance with day-to-day practice, support their teams, identify meaningful use cases and integrate AI and future scenarios across team boundaries.
We design tailored AI leadership programmes around your goals. Remote, in person or hybrid, as a stand-alone journey or embedded into an existing initiative: the format follows your objectives, not the other way round.
We work alongside your ongoing AI transformation to turn structural change into real organisational change. Our focus is on the people and culture side, helping employees build the confidence and capability to make AI work in practice.

Everything you need to know about our AI services, from formats and who they’re for to time commitment and legal considerations.
Absolutely. Our AI services are designed as compact in-house formats. The AI Leadership Circle typically runs remotely, with two-hour modules that fit easily into leaders’ day-to-day work. We also offer hybrid and in-person formats.
Traditional AI training often focuses on how to use specific tools, particularly prompting. We start with leadership. Our modules focus on translating AI into day-to-day practice: How do I bridge the gap between governance and what happens in my team? And how do I lead people through a change that I may not yet fully understand myself?
Our AI coaching is designed for leaders at all levels and heads of functions who want to actively shape AI-driven change in their area of responsibility. It is not aimed at people looking purely for a technical introduction to specific IT systems or infrastructure. It is for those who see AI as a leadership and culture challenge, not just a technology topic.
AI transformations rarely fail because of the technology itself. More often, they stall because people lack direction. Without clear leadership, a vacuum emerges that can quickly be filled by shadow AI, uncertainty and blurred accountability. Leaders set the guardrails and create the conditions for AI to be used confidently, responsibly and effectively.
An AI Leadership Circle module typically lasts two hours. The modular setup means you can book all six modules as a complete learning journey or choose individual modules based on your organisation’s needs and level of maturity.
Yes. In particular, the From Governance to Practice module looks at how legal requirements and company policies can be translated into clear rules for teams. The aim is to build confidence around sensitive data, transparency requirements and responsible AI use.
No. The programmes are deliberately designed to be non-technical. What matters is leadership responsibility, not AI expertise. Technical aspects are only covered where they are relevant to decision-making.
Around 6–8 participants per module works best, allowing for meaningful exchange and enough depth. At the same time, the format scales well, as multiple groups can run in parallel or at different times, including internationally.
