Large Groups
in Motion.
From town halls to closing events, we facilitate groups of 30 to 800+ people — interactive, grounded in proven methods and designed to create real, lasting impact.
Every Large Group Has Its Own Purpose.
We design the large-group format that fits it.
Launch major changes, initiatives and transformation programmes with energy, clarity and shared direction.
Develop a shared direction and build the strategic foundations together.
Build skills across large groups at the same time — well designed, highly interactive and focused on transfer into practice.
Bring leaders together across organisational boundaries to connect, align and work on shared challenges.
Strengthen cohesion and create new connections — even with 200 people in the room.
Bring transformation phases to a deliberate close, recognise what has been achieved and move into what comes next with clarity and purpose.
Every Large Group Needs Its Own Design.
We work with you as a strategic thought partner on objectives, narrative and flow — and we facilitate the event itself.*
We design for active participation. Every interaction is intentional and carefully sequenced. Focused work and dialogue formats create energy even in large groups — rather than simply keeping the agenda moving.
We draw on a broad facilitation toolkit — from participation and dialogue formats to networking and team-building methods, as well as proprietary tools we use selectively. We avoid overloaded agendas and create clear structure, rhythm and focus.
We create moments that engage people emotionally and stay with them. Lasting impact comes not only from outcomes, but from experiences. We design for both: transfer into everyday work and moments people remember.
* We’re not an event management provider. Participant logistics, catering, venue management and similar services are typically handled by the client or by third-party partners they appoint.
Large-Group Formats Across Our Focus Areas
We facilitate large groups around many different topics. But our three focus areas are where we bring together our deepest subject-matter expertise and strongest large-group methodology.
Focus Area 1
AI & Leadership
We design large-group formats that help leaders explore these questions together — from AI kick-offs to leadership conferences for hundreds of participants.
Focus Area 2
Leading Through Change
We create spaces where change becomes tangible, discussable and actionable.
Focus Area 3
Talent & New Leaders
Beyond the Large-Group Format
Across all three focus areas, we offer two complementary formats that can stand on their own or add depth to a large-group format.

What Clients Ask Us Most Often
We work with groups of all sizes. From around 30 people, we typically consider it a large-group format. The larger the group, the more important the overall design, flow and participation architecture become — alongside the usual principles of good training and workshop design.
Yes. We have extensive experience with virtual and hybrid formats — from keynotes and interactive workshops to multi-day conferences.
Rather than simply replicating an in-person event online, we design formats that make purposeful use of the digital environment.
For a keynote or a relatively straightforward interactive large-group format, 2–4 weeks is usually sufficient. For bespoke large-group events, we recommend 6–12 weeks.
That is not about bureaucracy: with 50+ people, careful preparation is essential, not optional.
Yes — and we often recommend it. A keynote provides a focused perspective, while the Learning Lab turns it into an active learning experience.
Together, they create greater depth than either format on its own. We align the content and transitions so that both elements build on each other.
That depends on the scope. A keynote or a single interactive format such as a Learning Lab typically starts in the low four figures.
For bespoke, multi-day large-group formats involving several facilitators, we price transparently based on the required preparation and facilitation days. Get in touch and we’ll provide a concrete quote.
