A learning approach that creates lasting change in day-to-day leadership
We offer a modular learning programme made up of short, intensive sessions spread across several stages.
AI has long since become part of day-to-day work. The question is no longer whether it will be used, but how organisations lead its use. What many organisations lack is not access to tools, but leadership: a clear framework, shared ways of working and guardrails that provide confidence. For AI to create real value, organisations need more than new tools. They need leaders who actively shape how AI is used.
The AI Leadership Circle addresses exactly that. In the shift towards AI, leaders need to take on three roles at once: learn themselves, enable their teams and set clear rules of the game. We help them translate governance, the EU AI Act and internal policies into practical team guidelines, identify relevant use cases and use AI as a genuine thinking and sparring partner without handing over responsibility. At the same time, they learn to navigate confidently between enthusiasm for what’s possible and healthy scepticism.
The result: fewer grey areas, greater clarity, productive use rather than experimentation for its own sake, and an approach to AI that brings together compliance, responsibility and performance.
Typical Clients: AI · L&D · People & Organisational Development · HR Business Partners · Senior Management and others
Participants: Leaders at all levels who are responsible for teams, functions or cross-functional collaboration and want to lead with confidence in an AI-driven environment.
Change is no longer the exception. It has become a constant. Yet many leaders still respond to transformation reactively. The problem: change fatigue is accepted rather than actively addressed. What is needed instead is active leadership with a clear mindset, effective communication and confidence, even when the ground is shifting beneath your feet. That is exactly what our Lead Transformation Circle provides.
Our Lead Transformation Circle is particularly effective alongside major change initiatives. This could include the rollout of major tools, new processes, reorganisations or ongoing multi-change environments with several initiatives running in parallel.
Target Audience
Typical Clients: L&D, People & Organisational Development, HR Business Partners and business functions looking to strengthen leaders during current or upcoming change initiatives, as well as decision-makers and senior leaders who want to make sure change succeeds.
Participants: Leaders at all levels, particularly those directly affected by change.
Experienced leaders bring routine, an established leadership style and a wealth of practical experience. But that experience can also create blind spots: familiar patterns are rarely questioned, while expectations of leadership continue to shift. But is your leadership team still leading in a way that fits today’s reality?
The Modern Leadership Circle is an update for experienced leaders: not an introductory course, but a focused refresh for people who have been leading for years and know that good leadership is never a finished product. It also reaches those who have moved from expert roles into leadership without formal leadership training.
Target Audience
Typical Clients: L&D, People & Organisational Development, or business functions looking to bring experienced leaders up to date with current leadership thinking.
Participants: Experienced leaders who have already completed leadership training and want to further develop their leadership approach, but rarely have enough space for reflection in day-to-day work.

How Participants Build Their Programme
Our Online Circles fit flexibly into day-to-day leadership, without long periods away from work or rigid blocks in the diary.
Each module is offered at several different times, allowing participants to choose the slot that works best for them. We run three sessions per day, adding more dates as participant numbers grow. This keeps groups small and ensures a consistently high-quality learning experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our Online Circles are not anonymous, large-scale online events. They are highly interactive working sessions with direct business relevance. Participants work on their own leadership challenges rather than generic case studies, making every session immediately useful for current decisions, tensions and day-to-day situations.
The sessions are also short, focused and easy to fit into busy schedules. Depending on the scale of the programme, participants can choose the time slots that work best for them. Combined with the participant fee, this creates a stronger sense of commitment: the Circle is not perceived as just another online offering, but as a valuable investment in development.
Our Online Circles are not designed simply to transfer knowledge. They focus on concrete behaviour change in day-to-day leadership. Sessions combine short learning inputs with self-reflection, work on real leadership situations and direct application.
Through staged repetition, key ideas are revisited, applied and reflected on across several sessions. This makes new leadership routines more likely to stick because they are activated repeatedly and practised in real-world contexts.
Online Circles combine two things that matter to business decision-makers: tangible impact and efficient use of resources. The format addresses real leadership challenges directly. It is not about simply having “completed a training”, but about better leadership, clearer decisions and more effective collaboration.
At the same time, the format is easy to integrate into day-to-day work: short online sessions, flexible scheduling and strong scalability across locations.
Each Circle group is deliberately kept small, with up to eight participants. Scale comes from running multiple sessions: we typically offer three sessions per day across a longer period, allowing participants to choose modules that fit their schedules, availability and needs. The content can scale too. If it better reflects your business challenges, addicional modules can be added or existing modules adapted.
For our ready-to-go Online Circles, the price per participant is roughly comparable to a high-quality two-day in-person training programme. Tailored adaptations come at a slightly higher per-participant cost. For fully customised programmes, we provide an individual quote.
No. We believe in-person and online formats each have their own strengths and work particularly well together. We also offer In-Person formats that we strongly believe in.
Yes. In-person elements can easily be integrated into a tailored Online Circle. Together, we can add complementary formats such as large-group sessions, peer case consultations, Lunch & Learns, in-person training or other formats that fit your organisation and objectives. These elements can either be designed and facilitated by us or organised and facilitated in-house by your team. Get in touch and we'll finde the right mix!
